Welcome to FlightsMojo.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Passenger”) and FLIGHTS MOJO FZCO (“FlightsMojo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

1. FlightsMojo websites
2. Country-specific domains and subdomains
3. Online flight booking services
4. Customer support and post-booking assistance

By visiting our Platform, searching flights, creating a booking, or completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel booking facilitator.

This means FlightsMojo is the entity that receives your booking request and payment, but the flight transportation itself is always provided by the airline.

FlightsMojo is not an airline and does not own or operate aircraft.

We provide an online booking platform that helps users:

1. Search international flight options
2. Compare fares offered by airlines and third-party suppliers
3. Make reservations through licensed travel suppliers
4. Obtain customer support for ticketing and travel issues

The actual contract for travel (“Contract of Carriage”) is always between:

Passenger and Airline

FlightsMojo acts only as an intermediary between you and the airline/supplier.

To make bookings on FlightsMojo, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old
2. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
3. You are using the Platform for lawful purposes
4. All booking details you provide are accurate

FlightsMojo may refuse service if incorrect information or fraud is detected.

5.1 Booking Requests

When you submit a booking on FlightsMojo, you are requesting us to reserve seats through airlines or suppliers.

Submitting payment does not automatically mean your ticket is confirmed.

5.2 Ticket Issuance

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

1. Payment is successfully processed, and
2. A valid airline ticket number is generated (“Ticket Issuance”)

Until ticket issuance, the booking may remain pending.

5.3 Booking Failures

A booking may fail for reasons including:

1. Airline inventory changes
2. Supplier rejection
3. Price fluctuation
4. Payment verification delays
5. Technical issues
6. Duplicate or suspicious transactions

In such cases, FlightsMojo will cancel the request and refund eligible payments.

6.1 Dynamic Pricing

Airline fares are not fixed and may change rapidly depending on:

1. Seat availability
2. Airline pricing algorithms
3. Demand and travel season
4. Currency fluctuations
5. Taxes and surcharges

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that the fare displayed during search will still be available at booking time.

6.2 Taxes and Charges

Flight prices may include:

1. Base airfare
2. Airport charges
3. Government taxes
4. Airline fuel surcharges
5. Service/handling fees

Final payable price is shown at checkout.

6.3 Currency Conversion

International payments may be processed in AED or other currencies.

Your card provider may apply:

1. Foreign exchange fees
2. Additional conversion charges

FlightsMojo is not responsible for bank-imposed costs.

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are collected on behalf of:

Payments may be handled through secure third-party payment gateways.

7.2 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

1. Correct card or payment details
2. Authorization to use the payment method
3. Availability of sufficient funds

FlightsMojo is not liable for declined transactions.

7.3 Fraud Detection

FlightsMojo may request:

1. Identity verification
2. Passport copy
3. Proof of payment ownership

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious bookings to prevent fraud.

Once issued, tickets are delivered via:

1. Registered email
2. WhatsApp/SMS notifications (if enabled)

Users must verify immediately that:

1. Passenger name matches passport
2. Dates, routes, and flight numbers are correct

Mistakes not reported within a short period may become non-correctable due to airline restrictions.

Flight changes depend entirely on airline fare rules.

Changes may involve:

1. Airline change penalties
2. Fare difference charges
3. FlightsMojo service fees

Some promotional tickets do not allow modifications at all.

FlightsMojo provides assistance, but approval always rests with the airline.

10.1 Airline-Controlled Refund Rules

All cancellations and refunds are governed by:

1. Airline fare restrictions
2. Supplier policies
3. Ticket type purchased

Many fares are:

1. Non-refundable
2. Partially refundable
3. Refundable with penalty

10.2 FlightsMojo Service Charges

FlightsMojo may charge service fees for:

1. Booking assistance
2. Ticket issuance
3. Refund processing

These fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

10.3 Refund Timelines

Refund processing depends on airline approval and may take:

7 to 30 working days

FlightsMojo cannot control airline processing delays.

10.4 No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to check in or board the flight (“No Show”):

1. The ticket may become fully non-refundable
2. Airlines may cancel onward journeys automatically

FlightsMojo is not responsible for no-show consequences.

Passengers are solely responsible for carrying valid:

1. Passport
2. Visa or transit permits
3. Health or vaccination certificates
4. Entry/exit approvals

FlightsMojo is not liable if boarding is denied due to missing documents.

Flights may be disrupted due to:

1. Weather
2. Technical issues
3. Strikes
4. Overbooking
5. Airline operational decisions

Such events are controlled solely by the airline.

FlightsMojo may assist in coordination, but compensation is governed by airline policy.

FlightsMojo works with airlines and consolidators.

We are not responsible for:

1. Supplier errors
2. Airline failures
3. Service quality beyond ticket issuance

Each supplier has independent contractual obligations.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect losses
2. Missed connections
3. Visa refusal
4. Airline cancellations
5. Force majeure events

Maximum liability is limited to the total booking amount paid through FlightsMojo.

FlightsMojo is not liable for delays or service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

1. Natural disasters
2. War or political unrest
3. Pandemics
4. Airport shutdowns
5. Government travel bans

All FlightsMojo branding, content, design, and logos remain the exclusive property of FlightsMojo.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Passenger data is collected only for booking purposes and handled under our Privacy Policy.

We may share booking data with airlines and suppliers as required to issue tickets.

FlightsMojo may revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of:

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
